We are searching for Partnerships Director to join our team.

 

Responsibilities:


Help align, drive and manage:

  • Commercial Vision & Strategy
  • Department OKRs
  • Financial, Sales and AM roadmaps
  • AM & Biz Dev teams
  • Commercial Partnerships (Biz Dev & AM) processes


Account Management

  • Grow and manage an Account Management team that delivers corporate and departmental objectives and key results.
  • Working with the CEO, CCO and Biz Dev & AM teams to take strategic and operational responsibility and drive execution and delivery of relevant company milestones and goals.
  • Attend industry and other relevant events.
  • Be the key internal Sales and AM (Partnerships) champion, set objectives and direct multiple concurrent projects.
  • Direct & mentor team members, internally and externally, to ensure all stakeholder needs are clearly defined, aligned, communicated effectively and addressed.
  • Help define and manage a seamless Customer Onboarding & AM process which delivers a high level of partner uptake with regards to Kalamba’s games portfolio and Bullseye RGS technology.
  • Provide hands-on mentoring in areas such as Management, AM, Biz Dev, Industry movement, regulatory requirements
  • Management, communication, organization, leadership, operational flow etc.
  • Continuously advance Account management processes.
  • Attend and present AM performance/KPIs at Exec meetings and company presentations, as well as provide valuable and continuous input to the Kalamba vision
  • Identify new opportunities for future projects.

Biz Dev & Sales

  • Drive new partnerships for the Kalamba BullsEye RGS and increase distribution in line with agreed targets.
  • Build and manage a sales team that stays focused on the corporate and departmental objectives and key results.
  • Working with the CEO, CCO and Biz Dev & AM teams to take strategic and operational responsibility and drive execution and delivery of relevant company milestones and goals.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to help build the business development and commercial strategy.
  • Be the key internal Sales and AM champion, set objectives and direct multiple projects.
  • Direct & mentor team members, internally and externally, to ensure all stakeholder needs are clearly defined, aligned, communicated effectively and addressed.
  • Help define and manage a seamless Sales process which delivers a balance between frequent releases and maintaining a high level of partner uptake.
  • Provide hands-on mentoring in areas such as AM, Biz Dev, Industry movement, regulatory requirements, communication, organization, leadership, operational flow etc.
  • Attend and present Sales performance/KPIs at Exec meetings and company presentations, as well as provide valuable and continuous input to the Kalamba vision.
  • Identify new opportunities for future projects.
  • Attend commercial sales meetings, when required, to help drive sales of the RGS (integrations), the portfolio and Bullseye, the engagement, retention and monetisation promo tools

Team

  • Be a key figure in the company, helping to drive and inspire a great company culture by: mentoring, managing and leading by example.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience working in a partnerships-oriented environment
  • A deep practical and technical understanding of advertising or marketing technologies, data and workflows
  • Previous experience managing successful long-term Partner and / or Client relationships
  • An ability to translate technical information into constructive, relatable and understandable terms for non-technical audiences
  • Ability and experience negotiating and closing deals that are win/win propositions.
  • A strategist and relationship builder with a collaborative style and enjoys an entrepreneurial, competitive and rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Bilingual or multi-lingual European language proficiency is a plus
  • Experience driving collaboration across diverse and distanced teams
  • An entrepreneurial spirit that’s as comfortable with breaking new ground as building on blueprints
  • An analytical mindset that is “at home” problem solving with large and diverse data sets
  • Strong stakeholder and project management experience
  • Extensive local knowledge and experience gained working across different countries, cultures and business environments in EMEA
